Are you a wreck of nerves? Just very excited? Worried? Scared? Or maybe even self-contained.
Personally I have that feeling of slight nausea in my stomach. Not that I'll be sick or anything. But it's similar to the feeling you get when you're about to go on the worlds scariest rollercoaster for the first time.
