Having sealed his place on the very top table of Chelsea players and a legend of the club for evermore, I pose the question...
Does Drogba now overtake Zola as Chelsea's greatest ever player?
Personally, I'd say no, Zola was just something else but Didier can't be far behind. What a way to go out, last ever kick of a ball for the club wins the CL.
What dose everyone else think?
Drogba to rival Zola?

I think Cech comes close as well
his contribution last night is being wildly under rated

Zola was a better player than Drogba, but perhaps Drogba is our greatest ever player.
Osgood, Zola, Drogba can all now be mentioned in the same breath, that is for sure.

Don't write the Drog off until you see the box going into the hole...

As said above Zola was our best ever player in terms of sheer Maradona-like footballing ability but I think that last night Drogba became our greatest ever player by winning the Champions League for us.
Lots of Chelsea players played a huge part in the Champions League this season but we wouldn´t have won the trophy without Drogba. He really was our "difference-maker".

A man with faults, but aren't we all?
Club legend. A man who got better under pressure.
