I've no idea of his past but he seems a little young to be chief exec of anything, never mind one of the best supported teams in the land. I met him in a director's box once, alongside Lorimer. I thought he was Lorimer's chauffeur. Any ideas what he has done to warrant the position?

Was a postman, quit and took an administration job at Farsley Celtic FC.
Chance meeting with Geoffrey Richmond, then Scarborough Chairman who invited him to work at Scarborough, Richmond then went to Bradford and Harvey followed eventually becoming managing director and got through 2 administrations with the club.
He ended up at Leeds because Richmond was at the club as board advisory. Apparently Harvey's "investment" in the club lead him to become a director and the company secretary. I doubt that means financial investment.
