Apologies if this has already been covered (i've been away a while), but a slightly tenuous rumour has it that we are looking at a youngish Nigerian midfielder by the name of Fegor Ogude?
He's been playing for Vålerenga in the Norwegian Premier League for the last two seasons - 35 appearances, 6 goals, not a bad return for a midfielder, though I do wonder what happened to the other 35 or so games you'd expect him to have played.
Has an international cap too - in a high profile match*, so big game experience!
Looks like a skillful central midfielder. YouTube scouting reports look positive, especially the following effort:

So, a Bailey replacement perhaps? Or just more depth now Green has gone?

Fegor Ogude...?

Surely he wouldnt be able to get a work permit with only one international cap without a 2nd nationality?
If he can it could be true as he wouldnt be expensive or on big money but unlikely IMO

Only 16 clubs in the division so only 30 games a season, of which he played 25 last season. This season he's played 4 from 9 games, which explains appearances looking a bit low.
But he's 25 years old and only playing in Norway, so you've got to question his ability.

Not that i'm comparing the two, but a certain Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was playing in the Norwegian League at the age of 23 before being signed by Manchester United......
He might be a good signing, but i can't see it happening anyway.

I heard he had just been granted a work permit. I also heard he had been linked with Norwich as well as Derby. Maybe Norwich will offer to pull out if we let them have Hendrick....
