How have FSG not considered this man, he is a genius.
Ha took an average Berlin side and got them playing attractive football and had them in Europe (UEFA) two years running and earning them a 4th place finish.
He took relegation candidates Borussia Monchengladbach to a 4th place finish and champions league place along the way playing some beautiful football.
Favre can build on the type of football Kenny was trying to get us to play whilst getting us that 4th place we so desperately crave.
The only thing that would count against him is his lack of major trophies over the years but that doesn't seem to bother FSG with names like Martinez and Rogers being thrown into the mix.

I'd actually be very happy if he was appointed
Gladbach were very good this season, played some great stuff and finished fourth.
