How on earth does a manager allow Mata to take a penalty in a Champions League Final shootout (I saw him take one in the FA cup replay against Birmingham, my granny could have saved that one) and at the same time denies Torres the opportunity to take one, that decision could have cost Chelsea the Cup, for that reason alone DiMatteo deserves the sack!

DiMatteo should give Chelsea 24 hours to offer him a long term contract or tell them he will be in contact with Liverpool FC.
