Footy Manager 12

Just started a new season with Utd, aint played the game since when i first got it (straight when it came out), and found some different things within the game.. ie coach always warning about match preparation and i find it very hard to motivate the players with the teams talks when it was very easy before... have they changed some parts of the game?

Sold Berba for 10m, Anderson for 11m, Bought Cavani for 31m (beast, scores every game) and Hazard for 19m...
