As others may comment, I try to be objective and fair - but with RTC you have someone who has admitted they have documents they probably should not have, and has passed that info on to others. This is contempt of court.

Now that this person has turned up somewhere / is now known to the awards body, maybe THEY could pass his details on to the authorities???

I stick by my comparison - an Orville award would be far more suited to this Green Duck.
