If all of the recipients of the 'Loans' repayed them to the club then the financial problems would be sorted.

The loans weren't made by the club, they were from a trust (the "T" in EBT).

So repay them to the trust and the trust puts the money back into Rangers

Not sure there's any provision for the trust putting money back into Rangers. I'm afraid real life isn't as "simples" as you would like.
