Dortmund are two-times consecutive champions, with promise of progression, whereas Atletico were never seriously going to overcome the Real Madrid-Barcelona duopoly.

Regarding career progression, Aguero had to leave Atletico, whereas Goetze has no reason to leave Dortmund yet.

If we offer 35 million for Goetze, Dortmound would be very tempted to sell. I know it won't happen though.
