This England team is awful

I hope england lose 6 or 7-0 if they don't win it. England are taking a reserve side tgo the euro 2012 or the fa favourites.


I mean andy caroll wellbeck barry milner downing etc are not even good as barcelon b team players. €I just hope england get thrashed if they don't win it,

How does gerrard be captain when he should not even be in the squad really. I know for a fact there is something against man utd no rio ferdinand carrick.

I am shocked downing got in the squad as well as caroll. Young is man utd 3rtd best winger and he is head and shoulders above downing, oxlaide chamberlin is good but I find it laughable milner barry gerrard etc make the squad let alone the first 11.

Indeed this team is AWFUL, so boring to watch!

The performance was fine. There were lots of positives - we were rock solid defensively and the movement was much better. Having said that, there is a lot to improve on like in the second half, our passing was very poor but we still saw the game out.

And to the Arsenal fan, Song 17, I can tell you that it is far better to win a game 1-0 being solid than to be "entertaining" and draw a match 3-3 like Arsenal seem to do.

You won 1-0 away to a very good Norway side in a FRIENDLY!

What's for certain is we won't get caught on the counter-attack as the defenders don't cross their half-way line. Subsequently we don't have any build up play in the opponents last third and so there's no sustained pressure there. Goalscoring may be a problem as our main tactic is direct play to the forwards.
