Your Favourite 21st century CL win thread

In anticipation of the qualifiers coming up, I thought this would be appropriate and Bears you too can join in! [p.s I'm aware, considering your awful CL record, that this will be difficult but I thought you deserved a chance to be involved]

1) Celtic 4-3 Juventus [Sutton 2, Larsson, Valgaeren]

2) Celtic 2-0 Lyon [Sutton, L.Miller]

3) Celtic 1-0 Manchester United [Nakamura]

4) Celtic 3-0 Benfica [K.Miller 2, Maloney]

5) Celtic 2-1 AC Milan [McDonald, McManus]

6) Celtic 2-1 Shakhtar Donetsk [Jarosik, Donati]

Of those 6 which one was your favourite my fellow tims?

For the Joanna Lumley Loyal...

1) Rangers 5-0 S.Graz [Mols, de Boer, Albertz, van Bronckhorst, Dodds]

2) Monaco 0-1 Rangers [van Bronckhorst]

3) Rangers 2-1 Stuttgart [Lovenkrands, Nerlinger]

4) Rangers 3-2 Porto [Lovenkrands, Prso, Kyrgiakos]

5) Rangers 2-1 Stuttgart [Adam, Darcheville]

6) Lyon 0-3 Rangers [McCulloch, Cousin, Beasley]

I'd personally vote for Celtic 1-0 Manchester United 0: Great atmosphere, wonderful winning goal, Artur with the penalty save in the 90th minute, Sir Awex beeling and qualification for the Last 16 confirmed with a game to spare...

4-3 game against Juve.

One of the best games Ive ever witnessed as a Celtic supporter(apart from stopping the 10) No matter how many times Juve thought they were back in the game we kept pumping them in. Sutton He might be a blowhard but no one can deny he was an unbelievable striker. Nevermind Foster and Hooper, they even over looked sutton despite banging them in against the best keepers in the world The 1-0 united games was amazing just fot the pure shock of it.

3-0 away to Lyon was a night to remember but I wasnt there.

1-1 vs Inter Milan when we qualified for the last 16 was a good night, waiting for confirmation at the final whistle if we had made it through or not.

Was at the Sturm Graz game too, we ran riot that night....then got beat 2-0 over there

Special mention has to go to the Club Brugge game from 1993 when Scott Nisbet scored THAT total fluke of a goal over the wee-est keeper in the world's heid

Even Derek Riordan scored one of the pens that night

The 0-0 away to Barca to get through was unbelievably tense.

Best one I've been to was when Donati scored in the last minute against Shaktar, ended up about 15 rows away from where I was sitting.

Favourite 2-1 in the last minute against AC Milan, European Champions and best team by a mile at the time. Watching it in the house with a few mates, my head nearly bounced off the ceiling when McDonald scored.

The Man utd game for me

Was my birthday, pub was rammed and got absolutely hammered.......we didn't realise till about an hour after we had qualified to the knockout stages after that win with a game to go!!!

I remember the penalty as there were 2 screens showing the game in the lounge and one in the bar..........the screen we were watching was obviously delayed compared to the other 2 as just as the pen was to be hit a massive roar came round the whole pub!!!!

One of my favourite Champions League nights was in 2008, when we lost 3-2 to Barcelona.

I think celebrating a draw to be the first Scottish club to make the last 16 is something a little more worth celebrating that getting beat 3-2 by Barca is it not ...................
