DC the court have no ruling over SFA's decision-its like sion case and we all know what happened there

As I have stated on other post, sfa don't have to accept decision of cos, that's why I'm saying it will be interesting to hear sfa response.

It is NOTHING like the Sion case.

Sion broke the rules and were punished. They ignored the punishment, and the Swiss FA did nothing - games were played right under the Swiss FA's noses (and UEFA's).

Rangers have found a hole in the SFA Articles, and used that loophole - sound familiar?

It still doesnt change the fact that the sfa do not have to go with this decision. Let's hear what they say.

its not identical to the sion case granted but the main point is sfa dont have to accept ruling-they can stand by their embargo...so nothings changed?

The SFA have no choice but to fix the holes in their rulebook.

Same rulebook that Celtic managed to exploit loopholes in to their own end.

Did not hear clamour for UEFA to step in when that was over ruled.......

Sfa in deep bother aswell as they didn't give rangers chance to go to court of arbitration. Both parties will be left in the hands of FIFA now.
