Dos - FIFA can do what they want to a football club, as can UEFA.

You could also argue that this court case had the possibility of unneeded expenses.

Rangers have won a small battle today, or so it seems. The SFA can still expell you from the Scottish Cup. A further drain on resources.

Dos, I also thought you should have just moved on. Baiting FIFA after what's been happening at Rangers is not wise.

But, you might well be right on the extremely soft decision to expel you from the Scottish cup.

Thats what I mean, FIFA will punish the SFA unless they hammer Rangers. They cannot do anything directly. But they can force the hand of the SFA with all the sanctions that they can bring against them.
They could ban our national team from competitions. They could ban our clubs teams from european competitions (with the help of UEFA)

If FIFA forced UEFA to ban scottish clubs then they would probably resign en masse from the SFA. I know I'd expect Celtic to.

This COULD all end up in a big mess involving more than just Rangers. We're these things to happen, Scotland would become a very unpleasant place to be (Even more unpleasant than it is now!)

The whole "bringing the game into disrepute charge was tainted by the QC Aiden O'Neill ( I kid you not) for the SFA who said "amongst other things" about Rangers guilt. What other things? Beating your team on the last day of the season 4 times in a decade? Tube.

Where to start...

54 - Of course you won't get banned. If it was up to the SFA and the SPL you would get no punishment. This is Rangers we are talking about here.

The only way they will be punished is if FIFA or UEFA have their hand up the SFAs back.
