Stuart Reagan last year did not pursue Neil Lennon due to not wishing to incure legal costs. When the SFA told Lennon his touchline ban was to run consecutively, his lawyer threatened legal action saying he would only serve his ban concurrently meaning half the games. Which he did/
Reagan made clear his priority was using funds for development not to enforce a judgement he said was essential to sporting integrity
If he now changes his policy to pursue Rangers, we should phone the police and charge him with premeditated illwill against Rangers.
We are watching twitterbhoy.
SFA; back down or we ask the police in.

All clubs in admin owe money to HMRC. Wages are piad from a big pot. Then tax is due out of that sometime later as is normal. Some clubs can't then pay, like us, livi, dundee portsmouth.
++++
Wages are earned by an employee...he has his PAYE/NIC deducted from that, for the employer to pay to HMRC...ie, it's not the employeers money anymore and doesn't go back in to an imaginary pot

No SFA charges for bringing the game into disrepute.

We all know that's not how it works TCD that's how it should work.
We were put in admin for it and charged for it. 10 points, no Euro for a year costing millions and a fine.
That seems fair enough to me.

Just because the council put them into admin doesn't mean they don't owe money to HMRC
+++
And just because HMRC put Rangers into admin, totally devalues your argument, as association rules state that paying taxes is paramount to staying a member club

Ah yeah HMRC put us into admin, so all our other debts don't count.

Aye that big tax case that is constantly referred to is a freckle on the fax of a ginger boy in the sun..
Or perhaps the 14m shortfall in payments...
No...I am sure you went into admin over erm...the failure to pay the taxi bill....
Portsmouth? Are they just below Aberdeen in the spl?

no Euro for a year costing millions and a fine....SFA and Uefa rule
Now, we had an independent panel, that consisted of QC's and Supreme court judges, that decided you brought the game into disrepute.
Take yer medicine and move on

Dundee owe HMRC around £365,000 and have been in negotiations this week to make a one-off payment for their outstanding tax bill, before entering a payment plan to settle the remainder.
Insolvency practitioner Blair Nimmo, best known for his role as administrator at Airdrieonians through his role with KPMG, was scheduled to meet with HMRC during the week in a last-ditch attempt to settle the bill.

I guess this is why Dundee were not found guilty of bringing the game into disrepute
