All clubs in admin owe money to HMRC. Wages are piad from a big pot. Then tax is due out of that sometime later as is normal. Some clubs can't then pay, like us, livi, dundee portsmouth.

We all know that's not how it works TCD that's how it should work.

We were put in admin for it and charged for it. 10 points, no Euro for a year costing millions and a fine.

That seems fair enough to me.

Just because the council put them into admin doesn't mean they don't owe money to HMRC

And just because HMRC put Rangers into admin, totally devalues your argument, as association rules state that paying taxes is paramount to staying a member club

Dundee owe HMRC around £365,000 and have been in negotiations this week to make a one-off payment for their outstanding tax bill, before entering a payment plan to settle the remainder.

Insolvency practitioner Blair Nimmo, best known for his role as administrator at Airdrieonians through his role with KPMG, was scheduled to meet with HMRC during the week in a last-ditch attempt to settle the bill.
