Harry, he is not going anywhere. Where better can he go, why would he want to leave a team that finished 4th to go to a team that finished 6th. Backward move.

The Artist - why are the days of long tenures behind us? Arsenal & United & Everton would disagree here.
Yep, maybe some can't BUT the majority can speak right good proper English. Needs of the many outweigh needs of the few. Capello at his age is not right for Spurs. I agree with whoever said AVB, young manager, dynamic style of play and with something to prove in England.
Saying all this, as i said at the start we have to give Redknapp one more season.

Bad, I don't necessarily think we SHOULD get Capello in. Just saying he fits the criteria. I like the idea of Avb. Some of the football jis Porto side played was as good as i've seen, and very similar in style to Spurs. Given time and support I think he could do well.
As for long tenures, I take your point, but Wenger and Ferguson are irreplaceable. Moyes is an exception to the rule. Broadly speaking, managers don't seem to last more than a few years. Not saying it's right, but it's true.

AVB, Martinez & Rodgers make Harry look like a dinosaur - not in age, but in methods. I respect the job Harry's done, but for me it's a shame his contract didn't expire at the end of 2011/12 instead of next season.
The game is quickly moving on to new levels of technical, & tactical expertise - thanks to Guardiola, Mourinho and Bielsa at Bilbao, who have all shown that even Fergie's tactics look completely outdated.
With the Spurs squad arguably the best it's ever been, but at the same time on the verge of break-up (Modric, Bale, Adebayor, VDV all not 100% with their futures), it would be great to enter a new dawn with a new, young manager like AVB or Martinez. Someone who could embed a new culture into Spurs that will take us to the next level.

I voted 1. Managers might want a change after the euros, I don't know what the situation is with him, but I'd quite like to see Joachim Loew in charge personally

Its a no-brainer, Roberto di Mateo by far.
