He's going to have cash, he wouldn't have resigned with the prospect of an empty purse. The question is how much. I'd say about 15-20m to spend, but RL will insist on the removal of duplicate players first, as the wage bill has to be managed.

£15-£20million is ok as long as its a + net amount. if he is allowed to spend the cash recuperated from the sale of the deadwood than thats fine. id its just £15-£20mil full stop than its gonna be a stuggle yet again.
