If we trimmed our deadwood, and freed up some wages there are a few players here I would welcome to paradise.
Alumnia, Jasskelianen, Cuellar, Kuszczak, Fuller.
Obviously there are a few names we would like on the list too that are a bit out of reach. (Drogba, Hesley (joke) )
Free agents.

Saha and Owen are too inkury prone.Plus these journeymen hardly ever work out for us,we should keep doing what we've been doing and signing unknown good players who have something to prove.

Nelson-Addy,
Isn't that the guy who sang 'When I'm Calling You' with Jeanette MacDonald'

Hugo Rodallega, anyone?

Rodallega's a good player imo. on a free transfer there'll be a fight for him

You're probably right.
Someone such as Stoke City would probably offer better wages than us anyway.

I like what I've seen of Rodallega. All these ex prem players will be on big wages regardless of whether they are any good or not. Sky's legacy to football is mediocre players on mega wages. That's why I'd be surprised to pick up any of these free agents during the Summer.

Could be worse, we could be signing Healy to his third year and breaking the laws of FIFA just to sign Ian Black.
