Rumours are mounting over the identity of the Premier League footballer who had an affair with Imogen Thomas, some are suggesting it's Ryan Giggs, others claim Steven Gerrard.
Apparently she originally wanted to have an affair with Emile Heskey but he kept going to the wrong Hotel.

I simply don't get this super injunction business at all. I mean in an age of twitter and the internet how do you even enforce it? British law has no jurisdiction over forein based internet sites and forums but we can all get them so what is the point of saying you can't name this person or the fact the injunction exists when five minutes later someone from another country is going to plaster the details all over facebook or twitter?
If Ryan Giggs cheated on his wife then so what? I mean isn't that a private matter between him and his family? And why was Imogen Thomas being so thoroughy reviled by large sections of our media? Doesn't it take two to tango? This whole business has been blown massively out of proportion becaue of the super injunction. the more someone tries to muzzle people the faster they'll speak out against it. Frankly it seems to me the whole exercise has acheived precisely the opposite of what it was supposed to accomplish. Giggs has done himself no favours with this at all.

Exactlt, now its out, i actually couldn't care less. It was just whilst the papers couldn't enforce it that it was news worthy.
Now, lets move on, let him grovel to his wife to forgive him and let him get beat by Barca on Saturday

Campo,
Have you seen his wife? She is hot and has had two kids. Imogen Thomas is trash, I mean, we've all seen her naked, where the suspense?

Not yet.
I just think getting the injunction has made things far worse. Yeah, the tabloids would have had a field day back when they found out, but now it's all over every newspaper.
