Low Expectations?

Why are virtually all England fans kidding themselves? Everyone always says that they have "low expectations".... and then say that is reason we will do well and go on to win the Euro's. That's not having low expectations; thats just finding another way to justify your hope England will do well. I don't expect us to do well because we are rubbish compared to other nations. That is having low expectations.
