Has it finally sung in who is responsible for getting rangers kicked out of the SFA.
These two clowns could not see the forest for the trees, the sfa always had the power to stop RFC signing player they rewrote the rule to protect rangers. McMoist and sardines were too stupid to realize the SFA deliberately diluted the punishment for the good of Scottish football. Instead of trying to kick the SFA's bottom they should have been kissing it.
All we can hope for now is that the SPL will allow rangers to play without a license, McMoist has acted without showing any class, dignity or respect to everyone trying to help rangers out. In fact this clown has been acting like a thug threatening and demanding like some school yard bullie.
McMoist, sardines and the rest of the lavender hill mob would like us to believe no one at rangers knew what was going on, They would have us believe they had no access to any football forum for the last 5 years and the BBC blackout never happened.
For heavens sake the kerrydale street accounts were telling us what was going on 3 years ago and how could Mr Whytes past have avoided making the news until after he had done what he had been asked to do.

Deliberately diluted a rule that they had no authority to impose
The SFA always had the power to stop rangers signing players , this normally would require a suspension would prevent rangers signing players but would also at the very least ban them from europe for 3 years. The COS ruling stated the SFA did not have the power to impose the player ban outwith of the suspension.
Its the equivalent of turkeys getting Christmas recognized as a holiday in the middle east.

banning them from europe for 3 seasons stops them signing an out of contract player exactly? Suspended our membership is a totally different ban that THEY chose not to impose! Are you really that daft that you want to refer to a ban that wasnt imposed and say but if they had done that you wouldnt be allowed to sign anyone?

Leave it until after the hearing then you will understand, but rest assured only the Court of Arbitration will be able to ensure European football before 2015 for RFC and that only if Mr Green can keep his govan land development vision on track.
