Kagawa

imo is a very average player who was made to look seemingly good becos of the players he had around him in Dortmund.

I saw a couple of games last season (both in CL & bungesliga) and not once did i have that "wow" expression on my face while watching him.

However given the fact that Utd need a playmaker right now and seem to have decent players in other positions might just help him out a bit...but in no way is Kagawa a player who is going to win points singlehandedly for them (he looks lightweight and we all know about what those 'cold wet nights in Stoke' can do to players like him)

I never wanted him at Arsenal as i believe there are far better playmakers out there(i wrote an article about Diego last week).

Your thoughts, gunners.

He's a good player - and has now signed for Utd. Looks like the clubs that really needed to do business in the positions they were weak in are working hard to sort things out before the Euro's - except us of course.

Transfer window hasn't even opened yet. We still have 3 and a bit weeks before we're linked to Mamadou Sakho and Blaise Matuidi

Good call on Lampard. But he is more lightweight than Lampard at the moment. Lampard has been underrated by opposition fans over the years but having a box to box midfielder who contributes so many goals (as many as some good strikers) has made a lot of difference to Chelsea over the seasons. I also have my doubts as to whether he will adapt to the premier league. Players who are so purely technique based often struggle with the speed and lack of space in the Premier League - just look at players like Deco when he left Barça. Having said that, Fergusson is a good judge of players.

Kagawa was just what we needed. He went for something stupid like 13 million?

He made Dortmund tick

Dont think he will fit in United's play style but we will see

Kagawa was voted player of the year in Germany. He's a very good player who is quick, skilful, agile and who scores and creates goals. Just the sort of player Man United need he should link up very well with the likes of Rooney and Nani.

Isn't Nani onhis way out of Old Trafford?
