Given is a class act, great buy for Villa if it comes off.
Keane on the other hand, has had more clubs that Jack Nicklaus ffs. Good player though

Both need the move, particularly Given. He's won us a hell of a lot of points over the years, and the last thing we need is him getting rusting, although benchwarming at City (in lieu of an inferior keeper) doesn't seem to be affecting him that badly during internationals...yet.

True neither Given or Keanes form for the ROI seems to have been affected by lack of reglular club matches .
They are both still top class players who can still do it at the top level so its a shame to see them on the reserves bench at their respective clubs
