Just saw some pictures of some Bluebirds and I thought awe nice they have painted their faces to match their new home shirts.
But guess what their faces were red with rage I thought some of them were going to have strokes, never mind I'm sure you will be able to persuade your overseas owners that they have made a little error of judgement, or if you get too upset you could watch Newport until they change their minds.
Red Bluebirds whatever next

Some bluebirds are red (or look like they have red shirts on).

Thanks I knew I'd seen something like that before something that looked like a Pontins robin but I googled for it wrongly.

This story was getting bounded around a couple of weeks ago. The wealthy owners (malisian I think but could be wrong there) wanted the kit change which came with some very lucrative sweeteners for the club.
But the with the fans outcry the owners have shelved the idea. But were said to upset/affended by the rejection by the fans.
But nice to see wealthy owners listening to their minions for a change.
That was the last I heard on the issue.
Properly all changed now though as it does in football!

The change has taken place the owners decided it didn't matter what the fans thought, result there is a mass protest planned by the Cardiff fans marchimg from Cardiff centre to the ground. Thats what I have recovered from the internet.

To be fair some clubs do listen to their fans, but rarely would they be foreign owners who have no connection with the club, the problem is getting worse if you look at Portsmouth you can see the sort of future for many foreign owned clubs as soon as the billionaires get fed up with their latest toys. Thank God that many clubs are still owned by directors who have some connection with the clubs.

Yes indeed.
A recent example of out of touch owners would be the Liverpool sacking of kenny.
You ask most Liverpool fans. And they will tell you he should have been given more time at the club to get into the top four a spot which is no longer a given for Liverpool. But I think the American owners didn't seem to understand the standing kenny had with the fans.
And we're just seeing the lack of a top four pay cheque!
