Hello all, with the board quite quiet, I thought I'd take the opportunity to promote a charity event my step-dad is running.
2 years ago he was diagnosed with parkinsons disease, and last year set up a charity called fixparkinsons. Within that time he has raised £11,000. On the 22nd to the 24th June (depending on the weather) there will be a team of 16 who will row the channel. The target for this event is £10,000 and just over £5,000 has been donated so far. If I could ask you if you have time to go and check out his website, and consider donating, it would be really appreciated.
Here is his website http://fixparkinsons.com/
and here is a direct link to his just giving page http://www.justgiving.com/Fixparkinsons
Thank you for reading this and thanks in advance if you visit his website and donate. MOT
