Appears the clubs around us are looking long term with their management recruits.

club like us needs to take a risk i reckon.

not sure i agree.. which is why i would keep harry... we cant afford a risk.
with our financial structure if we take a risk and fail then thats us mid table for a while.
if say chelsea take a risk and fail (eg AVB) then they just use their financial muscle to power their way out of it.

So what do you see as the best that is likely to be achieved with harry then and what do you see as the worst that is likely to be achieved with harry ?
I dont see that there is any guarantee, or even likelyhood, of finishing higher in the league this season with Harry than with Lambert.
All I see in Harry is a mouth who is looking after his own interests. I cant see how a bright, talented, determined and confident young manager would be likely to do any worse with the talented squad which he has available.

I think Rodgers would have been more of a risk personally.
He has very much his own style of play, and would have expected the players to fit into that. I would have thought there was more chance of conflict between him and some of our egos than with Lambert.

THE AUDACITY

Chronic - Nope he wouldnt stay the 3 years anyway. I cant believe what Ive heard from the ultimate 'having your cake & eating it' manager in history. Dear old Harry must be very forgetful as he doesnt remember playing us for idiots last year and now he has the audacity to put the heat on our chairman..dangerous game indeed

as much as i disagree with harry using the media to put pressure on levy, we all know, and if we dont then we should know by now, that Harry does whats in the best interests of Harry, not THFC, which is why ultimately whatever Levy decides to do he has my backing because Levy WILL act in the best interests of Spurs.
