Yes its the British Grand Prix from Silverstone this weekend and it promises to be a cracker.... whilst also being bloody freezing and raining, all weekend.
With Valentino's recent podium in France (in the wet) I think i'm gonna be putting some money on the Doctor this weekend!
If your going wrap up warm!
Get your money on Vale!

Vale is the GOAT and its been a privilege watching him right from his first race in the 125s. Wish I was going, unfortunately, I'm not.
Will root for him from the comfort of my sofa though

Same here! Would love to see him get a good result this weekend, just to shut up all the doubters,
Can't stand Moaner, he can ride a bike but he's just a whinging Aussie who's bottled it!
I'm not going this year either, though i wish i was, my mates front door is right by the entrance of the circuit!
Dream Result.. 1. Rossi 2. Crutchlow 3. Lorenzo........ Stacey Moaner, did not start due to arm pump/too cold/upset tummy or any other girly excuse!

who's gonna get moaners...(nice btw) ride then...with news that jorge has signed for yamaha 'til 2014........!?
i hope vale goes well.....i'm not going either....

Stacey would probably moan about who gets his seat as well.
Honda must be livid.

I can see Honda trying to get Vale back, old wound have healed and Honda have a different boss to the old days. I dont think the Ducati will ever suit him, from what i can understand the philosophies of the rider and Ducati are different, Rossi is having to change his style to suit the bike.
Though they have got a new package for Laguna which could help, but if the Honda opportunity was offered i think he'd take it, he could win another championship on that bike.
Also would love to see Cal get Spies ride, he'd do a better job. What he's done this season on a customer bike has been brilliant, it shows how valued consistancy is... this is the first year in Cal's career he's been on the same bike 2 years running.
Like in Formula 1, the driver/rider merry go round will involve a lot of changes this year!

Albert I agree. What irks me is that Moaner says he's lost his passion for the sport then moans about rule changes. What will guys like Rossi, Capirossi say. Changed from 2 stroke 500cc bikes to 4 strokes 1000cc bikes, then 800ccs then a 990s again. Have you heard them moan? Only Stacey does the moaning
He dislikes not having a clear advantage and disappearing in the distance. He is just like Vettel.
He has no race craft, you would struggle to even remember a superb overtaking move from him. He moaned when other people got bridgestones, moaned when Vale dealt with him at Laguna, moaned about Marco (RIP), moaned about his mystery illness and moans about everything else.
I honestly have never seen such an odious individual in the sport. He makes Max Biaggi look good.
I personally would love to see Vale back on a Honda, duking it out with Jorge. It's only fitting he entered the premiere class on a Honda and should end his motogp career on a Honda.

Can't really add much to that
The Vettel/Stoner thing is very similar though as much as i dont like Sebastian i dont think he'll bottle it and walk away so young.
Toby and Jules are always saying what a nice guy Stoner is... if thats the case why cant he show it!!
I still have a sky+ recording of that Laguna race, there was no way Rossi was going to lose, and i loved parc ferme at the end 'That is racing Casey'
Was nearly as good as him and Sete walking up the steps to the podium at Jerez, Sete was holding his arm and Vale was laughing his head off, i love that man!
If Stacey doesnt want to be there, so be it, I'd prefer to see 20 riders who want to race and be part of the toughest motorbike championship on the planet than not.

Gutted!
Cal has had a crash in Saturday morning practice.... as like last year he's in hospital, its an ankle injury, not broken but talk about bad luck!
Hope he can start tomorrow, though it will be from the back as he wont be qualifying

Just like clockwork, if Stacey can't disappear into the distance, he can't win a race.
Great rides from Jorge and Cal though. Superb.
Rossi needs to leave ducati

All 3 races yesterday were good... knew Moaner would drop off and whinge at the end.
Quality rides from Scott Reading and Cal 'broken ankle' Crutchlow.... how the hell he got on the bike let alone go from last to 6th!
Its made up for Rossi to get Moaners bike next year, slightly worried about the rumors Cal has been talking to Ducati though!
