Not sure why someone who managed us for half a season more than 15 years ago would have in depth knowledge of our club. I would however think our new sponsors would have an idea and they seem excited. A mate of mine's brother is a director at John Pye's and I tried to get an answer from him, however said brother has no interest in football so is not really bothered who the new owners are going to be. If I do hear anything I will post.

Ron's comments about being in the know is because HE is the member of a Midland's based consortium who is one of the interested parties............

Yes, then he never started him until we were already relegated. He started the bloke in the last 2 games and he scored a couple of goals and we won!
