Let's just wait and see...

Obviously Harry's departure has polarised opinion somewhat.

Now I am one of the people who never particularly liked him anyway, but I feel that people are getting somewhat carried away.

Lots of talk of taking "backward steps", but as is stands, we have no idea who will replace Harry.

Hypothetically speaking, would people see it as a step back if we suddenly announced Pep as our new man? No. So let's all just have some faith and wait until we have some news.

COYS.

I actually think MON or Moyes would be good choices for Spurs.

Benitez is the best manager available. I'd have been happy with him back at Anfield

He's someone that actually wants to win trophies....

I really think you need a high profile, ambitious manager if you want to keep your stars. Whether or not you can get one remains to be seen...

Pep, Loew, AVB would all be good choices IMO.

Think you would struggle to keep the likes of Bale, Modric, VDV, if you appoint Moyes, MON personally.

Pep Guardiola The geezer has won more league titles in 4 years of management than Spurs have won in over 100 years of existance. Why on earth would Pep cut short his break from football to take over Spurs?

At least if MON does move to the Lane, you'll have a lethal strike force of Adebayor and Bendtner...

Who says he has to "cut short his break" ...

Well he left Barca for a break from football.

He left 3 weeks ago. There has been no club football. One would assume when he left for a break he meant longer than a normal period of holiday for a manager.

Pep Guardiola.....

One season the CL ever!!!

Pep's done a great job at Barca but no one can work miracles

Sorry to say Spurs but one season in the CL does not make you a club big enough to attract the very best

A lot of work is still needed at the Lane and CL football needs to be a regular season after season feature to genuinely join the big boys

Indeed.

And who better than Pep to oversee such a transformation from the current baseline ??
