Vote for Newco to get back in to the SPL direct through transfer of share with SPL board to vote on whether to accept Newco and what if any sanctions should be in place.

You were not happy about vague sanctions that could be in place so they came up with set sanctions for Newcos which was rejected in the vote to continue with current rules, with the change being chairmen to vote on Newco not the board.

Either way there is potential for the Newco to have some sort of sanctions to get the transfer.

The other elements of enquiries in terms of what happened and punishments are quite unique. Dual contracts/EBT case and the fact the club purchased players and other items for the clubs use with no intention to pay it back was not done by any other club.

Soon as european football had gone the club got assets on credit and knew full well Admin was inevitable and therefore would not have to pay a penny.
