All we need now is for Celtic to go bust, and the SPL will no longer be a mickey mouse league dominated year-in, year-out by only 2 clubs.

It will be weaker, but at least it will be fairer and more competitive.

It's not just the end of Rangers. It's the end of Scottish football as a spectacle.

The only remotely interesting thing about the SPL from an outsider is the old firm games. Everything else is like watching poor league 1 football in England.

Celtic fans may well be chuckling away over the news but it will be bad news for them too. Celtic need Rangers and vice versa.

It the name of the new company not a new club.

The club carries on as normal ask the liquidators and HMRC.

Celtic fans are thick though ignoring the people involved.
