Slightly surprised to see him go. I thought he would do ok in Div 2 but have got faith in Buckle who really is having a clear out. Anyonone know if the board is pumping money in or are all these new players being paid etc out of the wages we have saved by Coles and Hoskins going?

I would have liked to see Pell (and Senda) stay too. They really liked Pell at Hereford when he was there on loan and have jumped at the chance to sign him.
Buckle keeps mentioning Lines and Kuffour in various obtuse ways and I wouldn't be at all surprised to see them go.
Don't forget Coles' contract was bought out; I've heard 6 figures mentioned.
I think the board are thinking purely short term (understandably), and for this year anything Buckle wants he gets!!

Season Ticket sales and the down payment on Hoskins have gone towards the farce of releasing Blizzard and Coles and signing our players.
Just need to find someone to take Lines and Kuffour and our Wage bill will probably look respectable.
