Taking on Carr as a complete novice is a risk, he needs time coaching before becoming a manager

Not Curbishley we need someone that can link and keep the right attitude that CH brought and thought would be ideal for Carr, tough and already has respect from players. Untested but fans would like him but would need a very good coach behind him.
