Carroll lead the line, held the ball up, and brought others into play, whilst, Im afraid, Wellbeck, looked like a boy, playing amongst men.
This is why you shouldn't watch football as you have no clue as well, another mug.

Carroll had a decent game. Got a good goal and defended well towards the end of the game. He's not going to win all his aerial duels against a very tall Swedish team is he?

As a United fan, it is more appropriate to be laughing at Young's performance tonight rather than Carroll's

Well then, youll have to tell us, in a little detail, what exactley did wellbeck do during the game, to deserve such praise.
Everything I said about carroll was true, and there to see.
All as Ive heard, is how great wellbeck was, yet nobody seems to be able to put their finger on quite what it was he actually did.
Enlighten us Valencia, oh footballing oracle.

The lad scored a fortunate, but valuable winning goal, which is great, but beyond that, for much of the game, he looked a little lost.
I read your earlier comments regarding how poor carroll was going to be in this hoofball of a match, so I wouldn't expect a measured judgement from you anyway.

Welbeck had a pretty damn good game, constantly underrated by people that don't understand his role isn't just about scoring. Carroll did well as well to be fair, great header

Welbeck and Carroll played well, i wouldn't pay much attention to pass completion stats, if a player miss controls the ball that would count as a bad pass in stats land through no fault of the player who actually played the ball.
3-2 England, get it up ye!!!
