The permutations of going through...

I really dont understand why the lads in the studio are so engrossed in going through and not taking into the account of who they might be facing.

I would much much prefer it we go full head against ukraine increasing our chances of winning by a massive goal difference or risk losing the game then attempting to squeeze out a draw and then get kicked out next round because we will almost definitely face spain.

I dont get why everybody is so fussed with going through, we need to go head on against ukraine. It reminds me of fans who say stuff like "dont care if we drew at least were top!".

Also how are teams decided. Is it goal difference or head to head, Either way we have to go full throttle.
