NewCo and Pheonix situations are for the most part positive solutions.
It comes in in a situation when companies are insolvent and provides a way of allowing a business to survive and begin to contribute back to both the economy and their local community.
This is regognised by the government who recently decided against closing this avenue for businesses.

Blackrock - we all have a different moral compass and all have different ethics.
I have a question, a hypothetical one, for the Rangers fans.
If Rangers are found to be guilty of committing a crime, would you think their actions were shameful?

Depends what crime it was I suppose.
If Rangers were found guilt of tresspassing because they ran into a building and saved 3 babies from a burning building, then I would probably be quite proud of Rangers actions.

mitre - Fair enough, I shall be more precise. If Rangers, in their "contractual dealings" with players, managers and executive staff, were found to have been guilty of committing a crime, would you think their actions were shameful?
