Mick McCarthy. There's a man who could make poetry sound like a list of building materials.

To be fair i like MM he is down to earth, as a person he is more approachable than sour face McLeish.
I think MM did well in the Championship with Wolves and maybe in hindsight Wolves should kept hold of him longer but Wolves may had still gone down for sure.
McLeish should had been sacked at Xmass the season we went down and we may had stood up as he was ubber Negative.
MM would play hard to break down but would try and change it in the last 15 mins, when McLeish would not.
Still not sure who will take over at Blues a lot depends on our clubs future, as i dont the the Chinese are putting anything into the club and its purely our limited income that will keep us afloat... thankfully we have parachute payments as without them it could be very bleak.

I said we should of sacked mcleish after the defeat away to wigan or he would take us down, it was a few weeks after the cup final win.
The club would of got bad press but it would have stayed up!

On Mick we'd be lucky to have him at blues great championship manager and plays great football at this level, took an average sunderland side to the title, then built a good young attacking team out of nothing at wolves and won the league!
If his last job was fulham not wolves blues fans wouldnt be saying mad mick etc but its just one of those things..........

TBH, My article was a bit tongue in cheek.
I would prefer him to Roy Keane, Phil Brown or Paul Ince (Curbs would be my favourite), but it was the last in a string of inane comments from Mick whilst commentating that I just had to highlight.
He's worse than Chris Kamara, but I can forgive Chris since his new advert!

Tez for life, I think your crystal ball is working very well mate: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18590119
Seems like a good enough manager to me, so long as we finish top half, no complaints.
