for beating......erm..Luxembourg in a lower tier Davis cup match?
Maybe because he wished he was playing for Spain, Serbia, Argentina or France in the real Davis cup semi-finals.
Why the tears from Andy Murray

Proud to represent his country maybe?

On a side note, was GB's Davis cup tie shown on TV? If so, what channel was it on?

Why was this this shown live on TV at all? Who wants to watch a lower worthless tie when the real Davis cup quarter-finals were going on. I wonder how many viewers Eurosport got for it? I`m going for 1362.
So Andy Murray is so proud to represent his country that he very rarely plays the Davis cup

Maybe the reason it was shown live on TV was to allow people in Britain to watch a british team play another team in an international match.
Maybe he doesn't play in the Davis cup that often so he doesn't tire himself out.....maybe.
