Looking after the future.

Does anyone think that the SFA should take command of this situation the
SPL find their in. The SFA should look at all the SPL clubs projected financial
outlook for the season ahead with Rangers in it and without. The SFA can the decide if all the teams can function financially without Rangers and if they can then the only option would be that Rangers wouldn't be allowed into the SPL.
We don't want other SPL clubs to go into administration because of the actions of the team who are financially sound.
eg.Celtic,Hearts,Motherwell,Aberdeen,Hibs and Dundee Utd vote NO to Rangers in the SPL then, Ross County can't cope through the season and go into liquidation. Could the chairmen of the other clubs live with that?

Interestingy that Dundee's CVA was worth 6p in the £ but somehow this is morally acceptable.

Yet our offer of more in the £ is a scandalous offer.

mitre

makes you think its not about sporting integrity after all

Economies of scale mitre.

Ultimately, the creditors found that acceptable. Unfortunately, Rangers p!ssed off Hector. And by extension the taxpayer.

As a result, most neutrals find justice in the liquidation outcome.

Shame the club never got liquidated then.

There's a simple difference between why Rangers' CVA was rejected and Dundee's accepted.

Apart from-As 'tim o'-suggested-the scale of debt Rangers collated, there is also the FACT that Rangers deliberately used PAYE/NIC as working capital.it is HMRC policy not to accept CVA proposals from tax cheats
