Just to clear this up for my fellow bears. There has been a lot of talk amongst my brother bears claiming that by stripping Rangers of titles illegally won, that doing so endorses the fact that The Rangers (sevco 2012) are in fact the same team as Glasgow Rangers (formerly worlds most successful team).
This is not the case, stripping titles from oldco is not a punishment for newco. It is merely a way of setting the record straight.
If a man murders somebody and gets away with it, and years after he dies, indisputable evidence comes to light that he committed the murder then the history books will be rewritten.
Hitler is widely known to have Been responsible for the deaths of quite a few people, he had a case to answer, but he died before he was bought to trial. Does this mean that the German soldiers under a new rule are entitled to say, you can't associate us with doing anything wrong cos Adolfs dead, and if you try to punish us for any wrong doing then you will have to accept that doing so means he's actually still alive.

Well, I'm sure many of us have laughed at the bunker virals that have been used to mock everything from football clubs to politicians.
In that clip, we are witnessing the downfall of a maniac who murdered millions of Jews, gypsies, and homosexuals. But we use it to mock transfer signings etc etc.

Ok so it's a bad analogy, the point remains the same though.
The point being that the stripping of titles is not a punishment for the newco, not even a punishment for the oldco (as they are dead) the stripping of titles will be done to rewrite the history books correctly, it will show that The titles were retrospectively stripped after the facts emerged that they were not won fairly but rather won by cheating and stealing. They will also be re engraved with the names of the rightful winners replacing the name of Rangers.
This is not a punishment, merely a way of setting the record straight. I've got a better one! If it comes to light that the judges in the recent pacqauo fight cheated, then the other guy (can't remember his name) will be stripped of the title and it given back to pacqaou. That's not a punishment for the judges is it? The ones who cheated, they would be investigated and then punished just like David Murray is being investigated and potentially punished. It's hard on the players who thought hey had won medals, but thats what happens when you knowingly avoid paying tax.
