Where did this dodgy voting system come from??? I thought we voted 11-1 in this league?? And newco FC getting to vote i've never heard the likes of it before!!!!! If theres only a one vote swing newco FC will effectively just vote themselves straight back in to the top tier Deary me what a carry on indeed, is there no-one at the SFA will a set big enough just to tell the newco FC they'll be starting at the bottom But it's no laughing matter thats for sure!!!!

It's 'miraculous' westcoastarab
Spelling mistakes asides, I don't know why it's an 8-4 requirement. I'm sure that some believe it to be underhand just to favour Rangers. I don't. We don't have any influence now over other SPL clubs at all. It's a monumental decision that needs to be made. Self interest by individual chairmen would suggest that we'll be fine and back in the SPL. However, I think the fans will sway their vote and it will go against us. I hope it does and allows wee diddy teams like yours to get on with it

Why does it matter?
We won't get voted back into the SPL anyway.

Wotsit, i think this is a total cop out by the SFA, the desision should be made by them and them only, united are struggling to sell season tickets because of something that is nothing to do with them, and certainly isnt their fault. What ever desisions the chairmen makes he will no doubt have boycotting fans somewhere, if the SFA just made the desision then season ticket sales would be as normal i'd imagine!!

Bluenose, i wouldnt be so sure it would seem theres 2 in either hat just now!!! I think for the good of the game (in the longrun) the newco has to start at the bottom. Plus it would great to get a few dundee derbies in

Thats what I say as well, doubt that would happen either. Probably the 1st division or some middle ground.
