Following on from the highly effective and successful introduction of the L.A.P.S.E.(Limited Aquisition & Player Signing Executive) at the City Ground the Forest board are, in a bid to address the alarming mass exodus of players from the once mediocre sized regional club, about to introduce another revolutionary concept into football. The C.O.L, or to give it's full title, Contract Obligation Lobby shall be tasked with ensuring Forest do all the can to keep at least eleven players at the club in order to fulfill next seasons fixtures and prevent a total melt down of the club. There is even a thought that both the C.O.L. and L.A.P.S.E. committees could work jointly, ultimately resulting in a complete COLLAPSE!!!

If in doubt dredge up the (dwindling) attendances and stadium capacity. Please, that record is as smooth as a baby's bum it's been played so much.
Someone remind me when Queen's Park last won the SPL? Their stadium isn't too shabby.
