Leeds after Tim Moltzen

I can't quite understand all the hysteria going on re; Moltzen...
He is a good player who can fill in a few positions 6,7 &1but still there are other players about just as good for possibly less money then what is getting tossed about...Moltzen can be found wanting under the high ball at times and to me, lacks the organisation skills of a true 6 or 7.
It's all about opinions I suppose, others may see different.
