On his way to town, left back with pace, sets a lot of goals up for Dundee, we need a left back and he's only 25 and Celtic wanted him too, so good signing if it comes true.

Kendals Ice cream was my choice
Lightcliffe Was the factory location I believe.. but I don't think they are producing now either ....
Much the same as all the local 'pop' producers.. edged out by the huge Franchise corporations.
Just like the 'local' lads playing for local sides....a dying breed due to 'imports'.
What to do eh !

Re "pop" Darn, my Mum (I'm 61 so a LONG time ago) always remembered all the buses in Hudds with an ad on the back saying "Drink T & P Mineral Water ! " Almost as good as French Connection.

Crossleys ice cream from Northstead Ravensthorpe was the best. We all used to walk there and get a 2ltr tub.

Hydy,
My mum always said that Crossley's was like "weshing up watter" when compared to Caddy's and she was right.
As for Kendals, not bad but still no match for Caddy's.
Has no one on here ever tasted Caddy's - not even 38 or Captain Dubbin?

Caddy's used to come to my high school. I must have had one at some point, but there is no stand out memory
