Would be a quality signing, proven at this level with many clubs.
So are we in for him then!?

Really hope so

Yes, I like the sound of that. We've lacked a convincing winger for ages, no disrespect to Dyer.

They appear to be rather certain about this don't they rather than just throwing our name into the fray as we have come to expect.
They claim talks to be happening yet we haven't even come across a rumour about this. In fact the only rumour from a Leicester source is that Sven was not interested.
Would be delighted if he came to us. Perfect to play in a front 3.

Do people still think we'll be playing a front three next season? I wonder if we'll be playing 4-4-2. I guess the amount of wingers we sign may answer this, or at least let us have an educated guess at the answer..

Would be a good signing, another proven performer at Championship level and I think a player who can beat a man a deliver a quality final ball is what we need.
Rumour is that he's chosen us over Swansea as he's good mates with Peltier and Danns and Bert on foxestalk has said this is true and there's a good chance it could be unveiled tommorow and he joins the squad in Sweden on Wednesday.

Would like to believe it but this one is really doing the rounds!
Everyone and his dog are apparently just about to sign Routledge. But would love it just to P'off the Florists.

Sorry prawn sanger, but I've not seen anywhere that other clubs or their dogs are "on the brink" of signing Routledge?...
Happy to be proved wrong, but you can't just say that and then not say where? Saw Forest were keen on him and might have put in a bid. Also saw Swansea better that with a definite bid with Routledge in talks...
But I also know that whilst Sven may have said no initially, he might not actually have said that and the trail seemingly went quiet and talks are more advanced than any of us realised? Sven was tight lipped about further transfer activity when asked by Stringer, so we could well see a seventh signing tomorrow?...
Agreed on Forest point though - would love to beat them to the punch to make sure their manager cannot even oversee pre-season training due to lack of players!?... Brilliant! Why bother with it when you have no players?
Same for Birmingham - who have they got left after selling literally all their first team!?

I've just had a chance to catch up with 4thofficial and infoMan and both are calling this a probable.
I retract my earlier cynicism Young Warwick!

Ha, good man Prawn Sandwich!
I would like to see Routledge down the royal blue, but not Konchesky!? Surely we can do better than this?... He is 30? We have enough 30 year old left backs as it is with Bruno and Ball?!...
