Is a 20 second penalty for Maldonado enough? It seems a bit lenient, considering Maldonado's incidents with Perez at Monaco and at Spa last year with Hamilton.
Vergne has received a grid penalty and a fine and Kobyashi has received a grid penalty.
Thoughts?
Maldonado's penalty

All he got was a 20 second penalty? Joke!

Considering he took a potential race winner out of the race, his blatant ignorance in regards to the rules of returning to the track, his belief that it was Hamilton's fault...
It was very lenient, I would have considered a 5 WDC point deduction and a 10 place grid penalty for the next grand prix if I was on the stewards panel.

The guy needs to be disqualified from a race before he hurts someone. He uses his car like a weapon and has no place in F1

Sorry but at the time of the inciident, no way was LH a potential race winner.
To be fair LH should have realised he wasn't going to be able to hold him off and let him go by. At least he would have got some points for the race

Fact is it wasn't the place to pass, he should have picked his moment more cleverly, he had the pace why be wreckless?

So let ne get this straight, vik and go bates go are blaming Hamilton for Maldonado deliberately crashing into him?
You work for positions in F1, why should lewis or anyone give up a position?

Lewis Hamilton was under no obligation to let Maldano past. Maldano was stupid and impatatient, perhaps he thought he could win the race.
Three drivers were investigated by the stewards for causing collisions in breach of article 16.1.
Kamui Kobayashi penalised by 5 place grid drop next race.
Jean Eric Vergne two 5 grid penalities and 25k fine.
Pastor Maldanado 20 sec penalty.

I find it ridiculous people suggesting that he should of let him past......isnt this racing?
Lewis made it difficult for him to get past, thats all, within the rules and within his rights as a RACING driver.
This isnt a trip to asda and letting someone out, coz you will get stuck at the lights any way! This is competitive sport

20 seconds hardly affects him, it's pathetic. Should have received a grid penalty for the next race.
Not even sure what Kobayashi did wrong to get one for himself
