every time he got the ball he looked like something was going to happen. Parker player well (and I'm a gooner). Welbeck was ok. Johnson was good. Terry and Lescott played well. Milner was good (why take him off?). Carroll did what he could.
Where was Young - appalling. Gerard not great. Rooney looked unfit and not good enough.
Arrrrgh!!!!
pass the ball to fookin theo!!!!

Parker did not play well, (in my opinion), he lost the ball too often through complacency (taking too long on the ball).

Just didn't seem to have a midfield, ended up being from defence to attack, lose the ball, defence to attack, lose the ball etc etc...

i can't believe English media pundits acclaim Wayne Rooney as world class. he's lucky and priveliged to have shared the pitch with a world class talent tonight and lucky to have been born on the same planet as Leo Messi.
on a side note England make Greece look gung-ho. boring boring boring.
time for a major rethink on this island and teach the kids not how to tackle and run and run but to pass and control first time in tight spaces.
the parents are the problem for me as all they want is for their kids team to win, not how their kid is developing technically

parker played as well as we can expect - broke up play, but can't distribute at all. But at least he played to his potential - 3 players for me let us down.

It's like we don't have a midfield - lump it up to the big man. And Carrol won every ball, but no-one in for knock down even. Number of times rooney was standing still. Pirlo was strolling through and his pen just took the mick
