Will England Ever Win A Tournament Again?

It's just so frustrating every competition, if we manage to get out of the group stages we crash out straight away to pens. There is a really block for all the penalty takers and they don't seem to have any real confidence in themselves. Even in the game today, we started off brilliantly, but that quickly faded and we invited them on to us. Now what's the point in having two strikers on the pitch and not giving them the ball. We play so negatively it's irritating.

I also believe having too many foreigners in the game effect us, we should give the english youngsters a chance to impress, and buy less foreign talent. The English talent in teams lower in the league won't get picked because of the team they play for. If the big 6 can produce at least two Terry's, Gerrard's, rooneys we would have a really exciting team.

The next tournament in brazil needs to have young hungry players, less of the players who are used to failures in the big comps. Still got Wilshere to come back thankfully. I feel tonight young was awful and don't see him as an international player. Also Rooney isn't the player we all thought, on the international stage that is, looked clueless tonight. Very impressed with Welbeck though. Carroll is one who seems to do better in internationals than club football. A lot more to come from Chamberlain. Walcott should have also had more game time.
