Reliable sources on twitter say Arsenal have given permission to Fulham to talk to Ramsey, after Danny Murphy has left they want a replacement in midfield.
Offer is 5.5m plus 2.5m based on add ons.
Personally I'd take it and hopefully get Dempsey to come the other way!

I am very glad Wenger kept Ramsey and allowed him to develop. I was very worried that Ramsey had lost his acceleration but Ramsey has got that back. The burst that takes him into the box. It took longer than 12 months but Aaron.
The Welsh Gerrard who can pass and doesn't crumble under pressure.

He was terrible tbf. And I did make fun of him. But I don't think I was daft enough to rule him out.
In fact, I made it clear he could become a good player in the future. Didn't think he'd improve so quickly though.
