On the blues website today, has really changed my view of him. It seems a very frank and honest account as well as being very comprehensive. I don't know what prompted the statement, but I get the clear impression that Pannu's on the club's side fighting a rearguard action against some less benevolent figures.
Well worth a read if you haven't already.

Pannu's statement

I'm sure you'll understand when I say I hope you're wrong, Tarnisher.
Reading that I just got the feeling there was a genuine effort to be as open as possible within the constraints.
Still, time will tell. At least we have a manager now.

bluenoseden didn't he say that Mutch longed to go to Cardiff and when you read the Bham mail Mutch was happy preparing for next season and this move went through in 24 hours, very suddenly.
He is full of it and all he cares about is selling season tickets. Note all of the points he makes are small paragraphs and when it comes to Season Tickets he tends to spend more time on the subject.
I hope i'm wrong but all they need to do is complete the accounts, lift the embargo and give our new manager some chance of success this season. I think we should hope for saftey this season with Yeung being sent down and subsequent administration. This is the only way we can rid our club of this cancer

At a family do last weekend I was talking to a Villa fan who sells loans to small businesses. He told me about a client who has had one of those boxes for the last few seasons at St Andrews. When he told Blues that he wasn't going to renew it, someone from the club got in touch and told him that Hughton had signed a new contract and was going nowhere and that Richard Branson was preparing to invest £40m.
On the strength of that he changed his mind and renewed. Two days later, Hughton had gone.
If true, and I've no reason to doubt it (this Villa fan is a sound chap), you may be right that anything goes when it comes to selling season tickets.

the lad who believed that obviously isn't the brightest Richard branston has said on several occasions after been linked with all types of clubs he has no interest in investing in a football club because they don't make money.
he is also a fan of oxford who he couple probably get to the premier league with for 40m so if that story is true the man is certainly not clever anyone who makes up a story can throw a bill gates or branston in!

bluenoseden..thanks for the info but honestly ,do you really think any villa fan is going to predict anything but doom and gloom for us given the sh*te we gave them last season

Pannu :
"Jordan Mutch's deep desire to move to Cardiff and be reunited with Malky Mackay was granted and at the same time the deal was deemed a very good one for the club"
I read the article in the mail yesterday, just trying to find it now, from Mutch himself. He claimed that the transfer literally happened overnight!
Who are you going to believe,a young lad or a snake like Pannu?I know who's side of the story I believe!
I did find this in the Mail today :

We need to go into administration IMHO,to rid ourselves of these cancerous growths called Yeung and Pannu!

“It was a shock, it came out of the blue,” Mutch admitted to the Birmingham Mail.

Hang on lads , mutch had the last say ,he wasnt forced to leave, he said , Cardiff agreed the fee ,"and then there was my side of it" , he didnt say that he wanted to stop with us , and say stuff the 10% signing on fee and a big rise in wages did he . kro.

They could both be telling the truth, mutch did say it came as a shock but that might of meant the interest, and how fast it happened.
You can look at it from pannu's way, Pannu is telling the truth and when mutch knew of cardiff's interest he wanted to be joined with his old manager who so far he has played his best football under for a team seemingly on the rise, but the move came out of the blue to mutch as he didnt expect interest.
It's up to you how you view it. Still don't get some people's hate against pannu he only does as he is told, if my nightclub was going bust and the owner told me to tell the staff everything was fine then that's what i would have to do, hate carson all you like but just because he is getting pannu to do his dirty work you dont have to hate him.
My opinion pannu himself seems to have done more bad than good for the club, he dealt with hiring managers, getting money for players and mcleish, it seems he is not liked for things out of his control, he doesnt own the club or decide which offers are accepted.....

I read Pannu's statement yesterday and for me he left me with more questions than answers.
Pannu states he called a board meeting last week but Victor did not show? Where was this meeting meant to be held was a BCFC board meeting or a BIHL board meeting?
He also states that he expects Victor to now leave the board, again which board is that and if it is BCFC board how will that effect the club?
I must give Pannu a bit of respect as he seems the only one to come out and say something which is what we have all been asking for the past few months and at the end of the day the blues is just a job to him. I just wish that we could geta real statement of intent from BIHL and for them to finally to release the accounts so we can have the transfer embargo lifted.
